Boss Apparel Shipping Policy

Handling

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. If you have not received your dispatch confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us on the Contact form located on the footer of our website.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our UK & International orders:

Royal Mail, DPD, DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, you will be presented with a variety of shipping methods based on the total weight of your order and your location, and you will also have a chance to cancel your order.

Free Standard Delivery (UK Only)

If your order exceeds £75 you will be entitled to free standard delivery (this does not include tracked or signed delivery). However at the checkout page you still have the option to choose tracked or signed delivery.

International Orders

International orders may take up to 14 days upon dispatch to be received (subject to customs).

As all orders are shipped from our UK store, your International orders may be subject to customs and import fees, these fees will be charged upon reaching your country of origin.

As the customer you will be liable for these fees. In order to release your items from customs, these fees will need to be paid by yourself, subsequently if the fees are not paid items will be returned to Boss Apparel UK Store.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees and your items are returned to Boss Apparel, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, to compensate the return of your items back to Boss Apparel UK Store.

Lastly we have no control over customs and cannot advise you on customs charges or fees, if you do have any questions regarding customs charges, we recommend you contact your local customs office in your country of origin before placing your order.
